RECAP

We will interview Happy Clients. Ryan will provide Question + Answer list in Hierarchy  (Jamie & Casey)

 

GOAL: Get client teams excited! 

Gain their confidence, get them to buy based on specific client tailored criteria

These videos will help with the softer side that presentations can't quite communicate. Let's let our clients tell prospects how great we are.)

 

SCOPE:  FOUR 60-90 second videos 

No Ryan staff in videos, only clients

Maybe we make a mashup video or 2 at the end for other use but this project focuses on singular case studies. Olympus Medical Division / CSI / Shutter Fly / Bayer

USE

1. In the interview or pitch - embedded in presentation when clients are in bidding process 

(show them how to prevent it from feeling clunky) 

2. Follow up (we understand + gain confidence) tactical prior examples of Ryan solving the problems. Send a video link through email)

 

BUDGET: 10k per video  

 

DEADLINE:  To be established in the Kick Off Meeting 

 

AGENDA

-Build Bullet list in Hierarchy

-Decide on shoot date & aprox delivery date

-Brainstorm  and dial in concepts & get pitch approved (i.e. B&W?, Concept title, Tagline, Etc)

 

PITCH

Omni-Fusion will create a 1-2 min testimonial video that communicates the competitive differences Ryan offers clients. Ryan's happy clients will appear on video using their own words to explain how successful the project was and their favorite parts of working with Ryan.

Each video will touch on the main Vision 20/20 messaging and feature a new series of problems solved or competitive differences & each video will likely highlight some of the most important to the Ryan Sales & Marketing strategy moving forward.  (TBD in Kick Off Meeting) 

APPROACH

The video will emulate the style and approach of the following videos links with lots of visual texture and highlighting the human element as well as the benefit to the business.

 

AESTHETIC

The look will match the Ryan Standards and Usage Guidelines with some light motion graphics. We can decide if we like Black and White or color for the video footage.

Each video will follow this general flow: About the business > Problem > RYAN > Solution > Benefits > Thanks
