Convey empowering message of happiness and positivity and drive traffic to link to how kids can develop habits for better mental health.

SCOPE
45 second mini doc featuring young people who participate in lifestyle activities that “Trigger Happiness.”

We show their best moves and them looking in the compact at their reflections with the tagline.

CONCEPT

A stylish young woman spins upside-down backlit dancing energetic hip hop music. A young female skater does a trick in a bowl. We intercut these 2 athletes explaining why their lifestyle sport makes them so happy.

The dancer is putting on makeup after a dance session and picks up a Trigger Happiness compact mirror. The skater is getting ready to leave the skatepark. Each athlete looks into their compact at their reflection as they finish their inspiring interview comments and the TEXT GRAPHIC appears “YOU trigger happiness”

• Keep a tangible reminder (like a Trigger Happiness Mirror or Mental Health workbook) nearby to serve as a visual cue for positivity.

6. 🧠 Daily Practice & Community:

• Participate in activities that trigger happiness ideally with others
