U of M HERO - MRC 101 VIDEO SHOOT PRE PRO

To be directed by Shane Nelson - Cinematography by Jonny Stuckmayer

GOAL

-Capture B-Roll MRC can leverage across all video projects.

-Add in a more balanced NATIONAL MRC feel so the videos dont feel so U of M centric.

Insight:

Film MRC volunteers in blue MRC shirts, collateral signage and framing backgrounds so NO U of M colors or signage are visible.

SCOPE 

1 Day shoot capturing talent performing Direct to camera training and Shotlist in hierarchy of different B-roll moments that help convey the things volunteers may do or what to expect after joining the MRC.  

Deliverables:

MRC 101 Video aprox 14min

UHD 4k Selects File We can share a “selects” timeline MDH or other public health departments or grant providers can also use this footage if needed or feel free to share my info and I can facilitate any asks at normal rates. 

TARGET DELIVERY

Internal Final Cut May 21st (padding) May 27th (U of M) last looks May 30th for Orientation Video And MRC 101 and Selects File.

 PROJECT CALENDAR

APRIL

10th U of M sends MRC 101 Script V1 OFM does a pass with minor adjustments 

11th MRC 101 sends updated Orientation Video to be recreated (shotlist)  

14th OFM does a pass and sends back for pre shoot approval 

15th Both docs are turned into a Hierarchical shotlist (and added below)

(so if we have to cut scenes they are the less important shots (OR pivot depending on how many folks we have or whatever unexpected issues may arise

16th  Omni-Fusion Sends a pre production link with the following.

Personnel roles / Talent / Schedule / Logistics / Supplied by / Shotlist

and we meet in afterooon on a zoom  to go over plan and refine 

U of M approves the plan (based on any adjustments)

17th U of M and OFM triple checks all the assets from Pre Pro and Checklist are taken care of V2 pass on script eliminating crossouts notes etc. / Crew Up

18th Scout 10:30am Final Check in Walk through Location for any issues or pivots needed (using schedule and shotlist to pick angles and shots and test lighting etc. 

21st Script To Talent 2:30pm

22nd Call Sheets 2:30pm
