GOAL:

Tell the brand story with both cinematic action and branded product shots.

Traffic some reels ASAP using existing assets that create awareness/visibility and drive traffic to the website. Then follow those with some higher end story driven videos.

BUDGET: (7PacificBudget_v1.pdf)

Bid (see below) Hourly post prod is $100hr for editing and $120hr for Motion/VFX.

TIMELINE:

PHASE 1 - Two weeks from payment / PHASE 2- Jan - Feb 2026

TARGET DELIVERY:

- Prep: 1 week then a week to shoot ( in SF) and maybe one video every 2 weeks.

SCOPE:

PHASE 1 - Total Number of Reels 5

Use all existing assets Video and photos to create ads.

Match website aesthetic and brand guidelines.

3 Design Directions for approval > then emulate / 3 rounds of revisions on each video.

• 5 Social Reels - $2500

Leverage existing video and photos from website (Deliver both Vertical and Horizontal)

These could be feature benefit ads, promo ads or brand ads and would have up beat music and animated imagery and text or maybe simple VO. (add $300 or so)

Basic ads that convey 7P is high-tech lightweight training clothing for serious athletes.

This would come with some simple animation or we can do higher end motion graphics.


Graphics Animation Package - $1200 - This would animate the logo and create several common assets you can reuse over and over again in all formats. (like Melodi)

Fast (and slow) Logo Animations / 3 Animated Info Backers / 2 Transitions

2-3 text backers / (maybe 1-2 more common assets TBD).

We could also discuss if you want to create some Animated Display Ads as part of the launch campaign too.

Like social vids, these ads can be super important to driving sales.

1.5k-2k ish (depending on how complex and what platform you serve them on)

PHASE 2

All cost options below result in videos with both horizontal videos & vertical reels.

NOTE OUR VIDEO WILL BE MUCH HIGHER QUALITY THAN CELLPHONE VIDEO.

- release or push one video from reel each month for 4 months - then test which 2 perform best and push mainly those vids for next 8 months along with other content.

For example we advise 7P to rotate in a few self generated vids speaking direct to camera phone from your heart. Maybe 1 every 2 weeks. (we can brainstorm options)

Below are a list of reels for instagram and all the other socials (targeting instagram)

You can also post the landscape versions to website.

We could create all these or some mix of these:


1. Manifesto - “Just Do It” / “Think Different” / “Discipline Looks Good” - 45-90 second video that captures the MAIN declaration of what you stand for and why.

Builds to a crescendo like Oakley style ref below. Highly visible on your website & promoted across paid socials.


2. Brand DNA - quickly outline what makes up company's identity and ethos.

(Long Game (Patience) / No losses only lessons (Positivity) Love the Journey (Mindfulness) Prominent on website.


3. Founder Story

Tell your story and get folks on board with your journey. Place in "Our Story” page.


4. High End Product Demo

This could be getting a well known athlete friend (from our networks) to do a short demo and casually SHOWING the value proposition and product differentiators like a short reality lo-fi social spot.

(or showing them using the product with high end cinematography (more like a commercial) Lightweight / Breathable / Toughness / Quality / Max Airflow / Etc.


5. Explainer Vid (Fabric Technology) (Process Differentiator) (etc)

Differentiators and or Feature Benefit (Quality / Process / Laser Cutting / Max Airflow / More lines / Tags are not annoying / etc Etc)

OPTION 1 - (SMALL HIGH END CREW + GEAR) - $35k (if we shoot a famous athlete add their Fee & Travel & Expenses)

(Shoot 1 day with high end gear and pro crew) (Direct Talent) (We would work with Amy to dial in the entire vibe)

Shane as Director and Cam Op + local SF Crew = Hair+Makeup Pro / + Cinematographer + AC + Gaffer/Swing

(1 Day with DP and then 2 Days with only Shane. (I could get many of the shots without full crew but they are SUPER helpful and the high end gear needs AC and SF owner OP)

STYLE REFERENCE

We could shoot something like this where we shoot several activities/athletes in mix of nature outdoor settings and concrete to keep the feel of 7 Pacific brand and with cut with high energy building faster and faster.

The style reference was probably more like $500k+ and 8+ shooting days (several on VFX LED stages). We would NOT being doing that as it’s very expensive but we could emulate the general feel. Where the video communicates a manifesto in a growing faster and faster to a crescendo.

Here is a video we made using similar scope of crew and cameras etc.

Note this is more a vibe of how to shoot the Founders Story video but in a weird way its actually easier to make the cool product in action vids.

OPTION 2 - (SHANE+GEAR) $17.5k (if we shoot a famous athlete add their Fee & Travel & Expenses)

(Shoot 2-3 days and would use Shanes gear and cameras + 1 AC or Less Expensive videographer on B-Cam. No Hair and Makeup pro or less experienced H&M.

Note that in Option 1 much of the money goes to the crew that allow to move faster and get some higher end shots with cool lights, gear etc…

In this version we are probably leveraging Gabe’s fitness freinds and/or Shane’s network of SF friends for talent and shooting with ALMOST no crew.

(maybe less videos overall or each video is shorter and less shots per day)

This is a recent video I did for an old friend where it was literally just me and a gaffer friend and we shot it all in two 5 hour days.

Here are some videos we made on similar lower budget formulas with just me and a camera … more like founder story or profile vignettes. (1-2 12 hour days)

Still can get a great look but just not quite a slick and have to work WAY harder than when we have a crew of pros with their own high end gear and know the local film scene.
